IN this episode, Shuttle discovery takes STS 121 to the ISS delivering supplies and ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter to join Expedition 13 for a six month stay. The crew berthed the Leonardo MPLM and conducted three spacewalks, testing in orbit repair of the shuttle's heat shield surfaces. After STS 121 leaves, Expedition 13 conducts another spacewalk.
