This ASMR Guided Sleep Hypnosis is designed to help with mental fatigue, overthinking, rumination and worry. It uses clinically proven therapeutic techniques to enable you to turn away from thinking and find calmness, relaxation and ultimately deep and undisturbed sleep, so it is ideal if you are suffering from insomnia or other sleep problems. This is an ASMR guided sleep hypnosis so includes soft spoken mouth sounds, tapping, personal attention and positive affirmations. It also includes a sound induction using a Tibetan Singing Bowl and concludes with a deep sleep induction and extended soundscape of gentle rain sounds.
I am a doctor of clinical psychology and I regularly use guided hypnosis alongside other therapy techniques to help my patients to overcome mental fatigue, overthinking, insomnia and other sleep problems. This is ultimately a self help video but it will give you an idea of what therapy techniques are available to help you with stress related problems, depression, insomnia and other sleep problems.
