Welcome Back,
Our Scotland journey as we make our way north to Inverness.

The train ride from Edinburgh to Inverness took us more than 5 hours. Yet the rider offered some of the most spectacular views ever. There were mountains, forests covered in snow, deers eating grass and running water that is not frozen yet. Having been living in Melbourne for the past 7 years, it has been years since I see any snow like this.

We had coursework to finish and Inverness is a small town itself, we had a solid 20 minutes of wandering around before finishing off our assignments.

It was also Carol's 22nd Birthday that night, the 4th Birthday we have celebrated together :)
