A few days a ago a soccer fan was killed by a group of insane soccer hooligans. This event is filmed at an earlier soccer riot.

In some cases police may arrest a small number of hooligans but they are usually let go soon after arrest. Almost no soccer hooligans are convicted of crimes.

Sweden is experiencing an extreme raise in violent crimes and no one is taking any action. Politicians are handicapped, police are told to not be harsh, go easy. It means that the violent crowds loose respect for police, authority and government and they run wild since there is no punishment. This goes for the whole crime spectra.
