Presented by Anna Richardson who you may know as the presenter of Supersize vs. Superskinny, Anna Richardson takes six women from Chalfont St. Peter in Buckinghamshire, affectionately dubbed the Chalfont Chubbies all aged between 27 to 50 years old who have struggled with their weight and various diets for years as well as battling with their own food weaknesses, in an attempt to hold a mirror up to the nation and highlight the little things that we do wrong when it comes to dieting and losing weight.
