The movie ‘Hotel Mumbai’ which is based on the horrifying 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks is all set to release this Friday. Ahead of the release, Sakshma Srivastav met the real-life chef Hemant Oberoi, the then Chief Executive Chef of the Taj Mahal Palace, on whom Anupam Kher's character in the film is based. He talks about what exactly happened that night, when the terrorists entered the Taj Mahal Palace, killed and wounded many, and how the hotel staff made sure everyone stayed safe & could leave alive.
