Recipe:

1/2 cup Egg Whites (Approx 124g)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar (Approx 248g)
340g Unsalted Butter (1 1/2 Cups)
180g Chocolate to melt (I used Semisweet)
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt

Tips:

1. Avoid using chocolate chips, they do not melt completely. The best option would be Baking Chocolate (Like this one [ Ссылка ])
2. You can substitute melted chocolate with cocoa powder. In this case add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cocoa powder, don't forget to sift it before adding.
3. Use good quality chocolate, it makes a difference!
