A tribute to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Halloween remakes directed by Marcus Nispel and Rob Zombie, respectively and was released in the 2000s and are based on the original The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and Halloween, respectively, both released in the 1970's created by Tobe Hooper & Kim Henkel and John Carpenter & Debra Hill, respectively, where they introduced us to Leatherface and Michael Myers, respectively, and which they popularized the slasher genre.
