The organisers of the Royal International Air Tattoo 2017, Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises (RAFCTE) and the United States Air Force, pulled a proverbial rabbit out of a hat by arranging for Northrop B-2A Spirit stealth bomber, 93-1087, named 'Spirit of Pennsylvania' to perform two flypasts on Sunday 16th July 2017 at RAF Fairford, UK. The aircraft was one of a pair of B2's, callsigns Reaper 11 and 12 engaged on a global power mission from Whitman Air Force Base in Missouri, USA. The aircraft was escorted by a pair of F-15 Eagle's from RAF Lakenheath.
