Tune into our campaign for International Women’s Day 2024 where our employees— from our factory in Charleston to our office in Gothenburg—share a powerful message to young women considering a career in STEM.

We are going through the biggest transformation ever at Volvo Cars, and to succeed, we need extraordinary talent with new competencies, backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.

To help increase the talent pool, we partnered with Girls Who Code in early 2023. This is just one of the many ways we're actively working to bridge the gender gap in technology and the automotive sector.
