2 Wants To Know | Roger Stubblefield received a quote for repairs on his HVAC system. He felt the quote was too high, considering the system was still new.
The unit cost Stubblefield nearly $8,000 in 2017, so, the thought of an almost $2,000 repair did not sit well.
“I was not satisfied with that, they were basically saying it was going to cost me $1,900,” Stubblefield said.
We contacted the repair company to explain the issue. ARS Rescue Rooter not only made the repairs but agreed to do the repairs for free and offered Stubblefield a 1-year service plan moving forward.
