In this retro restore video we attempt a restoration of a US Sega Saturn Model 1 . In addition we will mod a cheap scart to hdmi scaler to make it perform better. In the end we will end up with a fully modded US Model 1 Sega Saturn and modded HDMI scaler.

In this video we are going to:

- Add Region Free Bios to allow the console to play games from any region including Japan, US, and PAL regions
- Phantom ic Mod Chip to allow for back-up and homebrew
- Add a switch to the scaler to force RGB video
- Mod the scaler to run off USB power
