Fried Chicken Ingredients List:

8-10 Boneless Chicken Drumstick Fillets or 6-8 Boneless Chicken Thighs
3/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
3/4 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
3/4 tsp Garlic Granules
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Paprika

Seasoning Flour:

2 Cups of Plain Flour
1 tbsp Jamaica Valley Chicken Spice Seasoning
1/2 tbsp Jamaica Valley Chicken Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

Buttermilk:

300ml Buttermilk
1 & 1/2 tbsp Grace Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Ground Pimento (All Spice)

Sauces & Extras:

3 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp Mayo
1 tbsp Encona Hot Pepper Sauce

Chopped Spring Onion/Cabbage (Optional)
Cooking Oil Spray
Cajun Seasoning
Salt

Cooking Time:

12 - 15 mins on a medium high heat (Chicken Leg Fillets)
15 - 18 mins on a medium high heat (Chicken Thigh Fillets)
