PhD students may find challenging to identify their strengths, since the academic experience is not necessarily focused on articulating skill sets. This session will help them identify all transferable skills acquired during doctoral training, i.e. project management, time management, teamwork, written and oral communication, self-management and work habits, complex problem solving, analytical thinking etc. They will learn what transferable skills are, how to identify them and highlight them in their CV, how to develop and strengthen them.
