Mango Sticky rice (pronounced in Thai Chao Nio Ma Moung) is a fantastic fusion of 3 simple components - rice, coconut milk and fresh mangos.
The rice is cooked in a broth of the sweet flavors of coconut milk and cane sugar to a glutinous, sticky texture.
The fresh ripe mango is expertly sliced up right before your eyes and plated with the sticky rice and last but not least it’s served with a side of deliciously sweet coconut cream.
