Black ladderhorn begash is a even toed ungulate native to across Eastern Africa in the savannas. They dieted grass scrubs and low tree leaves. They lived in herds up to Hundreds lead by a buck. In the dry season the herds move on with the wildebeests and zebras. As the name suggests have antler like ossicones. Bulls used these for fights for their right to mate. And cows used them to guide their calves in other female ladderhorns. They are listed least concern.
