If you have weakness in your deep cervical flexor muscles you can experience neck pain, headaches, cervicogenic dizziness, and forward head posture. As well, if you have had trauma, like a motor vehicle accident and whiplash, or cervical instability, this daily deep cervical flexor strengthening routine will help you recover and strengthen your neck muscles. This will take only minutes a day to complete.
