Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby introduce us Tobi-Ishi, their new project presented by B&B Italia on the occasion of Milano Design Week 2012.
The inspiration from the east is clear even in the name of the table Tobi-Ishi, which refers to the ornamental stones used in traditional japanese gardens. The form of the table, which is distinguished by the cantilever top and bases that look different depending on the perspective, allude to those smooth stones.
