I bought a Ford C Max that didn't have the special wheel nut socket. Ford will not allow you to buy one even when you prove the car is yours unless you have the original bit of paper with the code on that came with the car.
I was going to order one from lockingwheelnutkeys.co.uk but when I found their cheapest post option was £13.99 for something about the same weight as an egg, I was determined not to use their service.
If you want your alloys unmarked then pay £60 for a key. Otherwise - this is free, and you learn something along the way.
