This 20 minute yoga flow is aimed at re-centering your thoughts and slowing down a hyperactive mind. Through a series of postures geared towards calming the body and placing your forehead on a block or book, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system can become balanced. Modifications are on screen where the postures could be inaccessible or intense. Breathing is required.
