The Home Secretary, Amber Rudd has blamed NHS trusts for not moving quickly enough to upgrade it's outdated operating systems. The Government had previously said these systems would be updated by 2015, but has since failed to complete the transition/ Rudd was asked about funding cuts to NHS Trusts Technical Support budgets over recent years, but avoided answering the question.
