Most people know of intermittent fasting, but do you know of alternate day fasting (ADF)? ADF is a fasting method where you have a fasting day and an eating day. I have done ADF for over 5 months and feel it's one of the BEST fasting protocols. It can be used to accelerate your weightloss goals, weightloss maintenance and even body toning. I am a prime example of its benefits.
These 10 tips are relevant not only for ADF, but can also be utilized for other fasting protocols. I break down the tips in this video. I will always advocate for ADF because it has been a driving factor towards my weightloss success even while in maintenance goal.
