Getting some nice clean and dirty tones on the Line 6 HD500.

The clean sections use the Fender Deluxe Reverb amp with compression and a Tube Screamer in front and the guitar's volume backed off. For the drive tones I kick in the Tube Drive pedal simulation. A little reverb and delay at the end of the chain, and zero post processing ... that's straight from the HD!

The guitar is my beautiful 2011 US Standard in the FSR Lake Placid Blue finish. Since shooting the last video I've put a Seymour Duncan pickup in the bridge to return to the hss aesthetic. It's considerably lower output than the stock pickups as you can see from the height I've had to set the neck and middle to, but it sounds lovely.
