Easy 10 minute Feldenkrais Lesson to align back and hips, relieve Back pain and hip pain.
You will need a flat chair or bench, a rock - if you don't have a rock, you can still do this.
Warm up seated
On floor - one hand under pelvis at edge of sacrum and other hand on opposite hip with Rock.
Move hand under pelvis in two more positions.
