The 24-year-old suspected of shooting two people in Seattle's Chinatown-International District early on the morning of June 23 was ordered held on $100,000 bail.
A judge found probable cause June 24 for two counts of first-degree assault.
According to the Seattle Police Department, at 12:29 a.m. officers found two men, a 37-year-old and a 28-year-old, shot near Eighth Avenue South and South King Street.
