Bay Leaf Tea
2 or 3 large bay leaves
Water
Fill microwavable mug with water. Add bay leaves. Make sure to get bay leaves wet. Microwave 5 minutes or until water boils. Steep for 4 minutes. Remove bay leaves just before drinking. You can drink it warm too. You can also add a tea bag to it while it steeping. Cream and sweetener can be added if desired. I just drink it without any additional tea bags, cream or sweetener.
