For Preparing Dal--

---250 g Split Chickpeas
---Water 800 ml
---Bay leaf 1
---Green cardamom 3
---Cloves 3
---Cinnamon 1 inch
---Black pepper whole 10-12
---Onion medium sized 2
---Turmeric 1/2 tsp
---Salt 1 tsp or to taste
---Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp

For tempering-

---Clarified butter 3 tbsp
---Onion medium sized 1

For Mutton---

---Onion medium sized 2
---Mutton 1/2 kg
---Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 full tsp
---Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
---Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
---Turmeric 1/4 tsp
---Garam masala powder 1 tsp
---Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
---Salt 3/4 tsp or to taste
---Water 1 & 1/2 cup
---Fresh coriander leaves
---Keowra water 1 tsp
