1. High Knee jacks
20 reps/ 2 sets
2. Butt Kickers
25-30 secs/ 2 sets
3. Criss Cross Jacks
20 reps/ 2 sets
4. Jumping Jacks
20 reps/2 sets
5. Set Back Jacks
20 reps/2 sets
