Why does your wrist hurt? If you regularly train boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, any martial arts or combat sports that impacts your fist and wrist, you may have encountered a wrist injury at some point. It happens and it's annoying because we never want to stop training but a weak or tender wrist is a hard thing to overcome when striking.

I previously released a video showing one thing I do for this issue and it got a great response and now I've discovered another way to heal from this type of injury, so here is an updated video on this issue.
