The Hohgant is a mountain of the Emmental Alps, located south of the Emmental in the canton of Berne. This mountain is considered as one of the most beautiful "panorama view" summit, with view of the Bernese Alps. And the view goes far away, on the otherside.. the views reaches far away to the lowlands.. The highest summit of the hohgant massiv, is Furggengütsch with it's 2197m.
It is an easy hike, for family (T3 difficulty) , we have started from Parking lot called "Schwarzbach" accesible with a car via Habkern and Alp Lombach. This way we have reached summit within 1hour. It is frequently visited mountain, with the most beautiful views.
