The Indian monitor lizard / Bengal monitor (Varanus bengalensis) is rescued from the basement of a residential apartment near Eroor, Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala. The animal was really stressed and panicked, therefore aggressive.
Always be careful of its tail, as it can beat with it and can be very painful.
