The Offspring tank is still on sale until 4 am on Monday the 14th October 2019. I thought I would make a videoclip with my own opinion about it. I like it partly for the effort WG put into making this happen, but it is also a reasonably good tank. As a medium, it is more versatile than other types of tanks. It can snipe, brawl, or flank, as you will see from these 4 battles.

However, considering that ideally all tanks must be balanced as much as possible, the main deciding factor must be the unique look and feel, and this tank is very unique.
