Dal Bati is famous in Rajasthan. it is all time favorite recipe in my family. dal bati is prepared on most of the occasions and festivals in rajasthan. so on the occasion of Gudi Padwa I am preparing the rajasthan special treat Dal Bati. This is a easy and quick thali recipe for me. I am making bati in oven today because I don't have tandoor so making it in oven. Let's learn how to make Dal Bati . normally dal bati is served with churma in rajasthan but I am serving it today with the sweet dish gulab jamun(store bought). but will surely post a video on churma soon. In this lockdown period this recipe is perfect to make on festivals when we can't go out for shopping. so enjoy this quarantine recipe with minimum ingredients.
