PTSD and healing can seem to exist in two completely different worlds.
Healing is complex and requires a lot of patience as you process who you are, what happened to you, why it could have happened, and how you can move forward in your life.
PTSD can take you through a lot of psychological, emotional, and physical challenges that could make you feel like you will never heal.
When you are stuck between two worlds it can be very helpful to focus on the small things you can do to help yourself move forward in a healthy way.
In this video, I give you some suggestions that may help you as you move forward in your life after the trauma of a toxic and emotionally unavailable family.
