Ingredientes del POLLO CON SALSA AGRIDULCE:

550 gr carne de pollo limpia de piel y huesos
2 huevos de tamaño mediano
2 cucharadas salsa de soja
1 cucharada zumo de limón recién exprimido (Puede ser vino de arroz)
250 gr Maicena (Peso aproximado, será la que necesitemos)
1/3 Pimiento rojo grande
1 pimiento italiano (Pimiento verde)
1/2 Cebolla
2 rodajas de piña natural (Puede ser piña natural enlatada en su jugo)
2 ajos
1 trozo de jengibre del tamaño de los 2 ajos
Abundante aceite de girasol o semillas para freír
Un poco de sal

Ingredientes de la salsa agridulce del POLLO CON SALSA AGRIDULCE:

220 ml (1 taza) Agua
4 cucharadas de salsa kétchup
2 cucharadas de azúcar moreno
3 cucharadas de salsa de soja
2 cucharadas de vinagre a arroz (Se puede cambiar por 1 cucharadas de vinagre normal)

Chicken ingredients with sweet and sour sauce:

550 gr chicken meat clean of skin and bones
2 medium-sized eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (Can be rice wine)
250 gr Cornstarch (Approximate weight, it will be what we need)
1/3 large red pepper
1 Italian pepper (Green pepper)
1/2 onion
2 slices of natural pineapple (It can be natural pineapple canned in its juice)
2 garlic
1 piece of ginger the size of 2 garlic
