Introduction

How to Prepare Patti Samosa Mixture
2 tbsp Butter
30-35 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
10-12 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 Cup Corn
1/2 cup Green Peas
1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Mint leaves (chopped)
1 Cup Flattened Rice (roasted)
Juice of half lemon
2 tbsp Sugar

How To Prepare Patti Samosa
Samosa Dough Sheets
Corn flour slurry
Cheese (grated)

How To Prepare Dip
1 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Salt (as per taste)
Mint leaves (chopped)
Juice of half lemon

Frying & Serving
Oil (for deep frying)
