Heart failure with improved ejection fraction is heart failure with a baseline left ventricular ejection fraction of 40% or less, a 10 point or more increase from baseline left ventricular ejection fraction, and a second measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction of more than 40%. Important question is whether medications can be withdrawn in this group?
