The gaping wound torn open by the United States with force and looting in Afghanistan is still bleeding one year after it withdrew its troops from the country, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian at a press briefing. He said the U.S.-led war in Afghanistan has left a lingering nightmare for the Afghan people, and the so-called anti-terrorism campaign has done nothing but led to even more serious terrorism in the country.
