I stopped taking notes in medical school and it was one of the best decisions I made. Making notes is really time-consuming and doesn't add much to the learning process. Instead I pivoted my study strategy and what ended up happening? I was spending way less time studying and was getting through a lot more content, whilst being more confident on the content I learned
