napa cabbage 2.5-3 lb
salt 150-170g
6-7 green onion
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp heaping oatmeal
1 fresh red pepper (optional)
6-7 garlic cloves
20g ginger
1/4 small onion
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
3 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)
1g equal (1 packet)
