Hi my loves! Today I am back with a highly requested workout video! I started training with Rick a few months before Lorenzo's first birthday! I knew if I wanted to get back in shape I would have to elevate my workouts. He is the best of the best!!! We started working out the 3 of us last December and it's been SO much fun!
