Guyanese all-rounder Kevin Sinclair turned in a match-winning bowling performance, taking 5-48 to lead Team Weekes to an eight-wicket win over Team Headley in the final round of the Headley/Weekes Tri-Series in Antigua.
Sinclair also made a career-best 86 in the previous game against West Indies Academy.
Those performances, along with 285 runs and 18 wickets in the Guyana Harpy Eagles' title-winning run in the Regional Four-Day Championship, has earned the 23-year-old a place on the West Indies A team to tour Bangladesh for three four-day 'Tests' from May 16 to June 2.
Other Guyanese selected for the tour are opener Tagenarine Chanderpaul, left-arm spinner Gudakesh Motie and wicketkeeper/batsman Tevin Imlach.
