This project explores the application of microorganisms to the construction sector through the production of bio cement that can replace cement in construction materials. Using materials used in Agriculture such as urea and aglime (agricultural lime), a “bacterial brick” can be produced at room temperatures – no burning required, with just the help of microorganisms.
