I find that ultimate relaxation and focus can come from relaxing hot tub sounds (jacuzzi sounds). This special track has a deep, predictable and calming white noise at its core. You can hear the thunderous (but muffled) roar of the spa jets. If you listen carefully, you'll hear hurricane storm sounds outside, rising and falling, strong but calming. My theory is that storm sounds likely often brought fresh water, irrigation and beautiful sounds to our ancestors. Perhaps we've evolved to like storms. Perhaps we associate them with huddling in a comfy, warm, and safe environment.Maybe we know that storms can bring life, that they serve a primal purpose in our existence as humans.
