Box Jumps
Box Jumps are a great way to increase power in your lower body.
Instructions:
1. Stand facing a box or step and slowly lower yourself into a squat as you prepare your body to jump up onto the box. Push through your heels as you jump forward, landing softly into a squat with bent knees.
2. Immediately push-up off of your heels and push yourself back off the box, landing back into a squat on the floor. Instead of jumping down, you can simply just step back down again.
