Ingredients:
Baby Aubergines x4
Arabic bread
Sunflower oil bottle
Minced beef 250g
1 White onion chopped thinly
Ghee (Substitute: Butter)
Tomato purée 3tbsp
Pomegranate molasses 2tbsp
Boiling water 1 1/2 cup
Pinch of Salt
Ghee or butter 1tbsp
Garnishing:
Pine nuts toasted
Chopped Parsley
Sprinkle of Paprika
Yoghurt mixture:
Yoghurt 250g
Tahini 1tbsp
Pinch of Salt
Garlic 4 cloves
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Basic steps to follow:
Step 1:
In a frying pan, fry/cook the minced beef & chopped onion, season with Salt & Black Pepper
then set aside
Step 2:
Cut the bread into small cubes, deep fry with sunflower oil in a saucepan
and set aside
Step 3:
Toast the Pine nuts
and set aside
