Ingredients:
Milk – 500 ml
Desiccated coconut – 4 cups
Condensed milk – 200 gms
Chopped almonds – 2 tablespoons
Chopped pistachios – 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – three tablespoons
Sugar – 1 cup
Direction:
Take pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and fry almonds and pistachios for few seconds and the remove it.
Chop almonds and pistachios.
In the same pan add milk and bring to boil. Then add condensed milk and stir slowly and continuously for 5 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Add desiccated coconut and combine completely and cook for 5 - 10 mins. And then add 1 tbsp Ghee and combine properly.
Add sugar and cook till it melts completely.
Turn off the stove and let it cool for few minutes.
Transfer this mixture to tray and give a shape and after giving shape add chopped almonds and Pistachios over the top.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours and then remove it from refrigerator and cut into squares shapes.
