Vaccinarea NU este obligatorie în România, așa cum nu este nici în țări precum Anglia, Olanda, Germania, Spania sau Luxembourg, există DOAR vaccinuri recomandate. În schimb, în țările producătoare de vaccinuri, precum Franța și Italia, datorită intereselor financiare și presiunii exercitate de către companiile producătoare, anumite vaccinuri au devenit obligatorii. Acestea sunt în număr de 3, în Franta, și anume, DTP (Difteri, Tetanus și Polio) iar în Italia 4 - DTP și vaccinul împotriva hepatitei-B - (introdus în programul vaccinal obligatoriu după ce un politician italian a primit o mită de 600 mii euro, și cu toate că el a fost arestat, vaccinul a rămas în program.)
În România, Ministerul Sănătății ne tot amenință, de vreo 2 ani, cu legea obligativității vaccinurilor, care ar impune 9 vaccinuri!!! (împotriva tuberculozei, hepatitei B, difteriei, tetanosului, tusei convulsive, poliomielitei, rujeolei, oreionului și rubeolei). Această propunere este neconstituțională, conform Art. 13. al legii 46/2003, Legea Drepturilor Pacientului, care spune că pacientul are dreptul să refuze sau să oprească o intervenție medicală asumându-și, în scris, răspunderea pentru decizia sa. În concluzie, vaccinarea fiind un act medical, ai dreptul s-o refuzi! Miza fiind foarte mare, interesele financiare foarte tentante, nu doar pentru producătorii de vaccinuri, dar și pentru medici, se tot încearcă, prin intermediul mass media, să sperie bieții părinți care nu-și vaccinează copiii, că nu vor fi primiți la grădiniță sau la școală. Vă reamintim, dragi părinți, că dreptul la educație este un drept garantat prin Constituție fiecărui cetățean român. Nu vă lăsați intimidați la auzul acestor șantaje atât de josnice.
În continuare, îți prezentăm o scurtă declarație, recent făcută, a Laureatului Premiului Nobel Prof. Luc Montagnier despre riscurile vaccinurilor. Laureat al premiului Nobel pentru medicină în 2008, profesorul Luc Montagnier, cel care a descoperit virusul imunodeficienţei umane, absolvent al Facultăţii de Medicină şi al Facultăţii de Ştiinţe Biologice ale Universităţii din Paris, este cel care a descoperit virusul HIV în 1983. În cadrul vizitei sale la Institutul Național de Boli Infecțioase “Matei Balș” din București în 2012 pe 19 septembrie, Prof. Luc Montagnier a devenit membru de onoare al Academiei Europene de HIV/SIDA și a primit de la Sorin Oprescu, pe atunci primarul capitalei, placheta orașului București.
