‼️Etsy has updated their customer support and the email accounts and phone number I share in this video are no longer active. You now have to contact them through their Help Center.‼️
This video is for all of you out there who are dealing with shop suspension and are wanting to know how to get your Etsy shop back. I get comments like these all the time:
“Etsy closed my account without notice!”
“Etsy suspended my account! What should I do?”
“I just opened my shop and Etsy deactivated my account!”
“Help! Etsy closed my account and I don’t know why.”
“I just created my first listing and Etsy closed my shop.”
“I can’t log in. Am I banned from Etsy?”
If your account was suspended for no reason, don’t worry! In this video, I teach you how to get your Etsy account back. Unfortunately, Etsy is notorious for suspending new accounts to make sure they are real sellers and it’s very common in the POD space. This happened to me twice when first starting out and I was able to get my shop back both times by reaching out to Etsy and explaining my situation.
