METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise. Then, cut the ends of the potatoes. Place the potato horizontally. Place the skewer on both sides of the potato and cut vertical lines. Flip the potato over and cut diagonal lines. Cut in half.
2. Transfer the potatoes to the pan with hot and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
3. Serve them all together on a serving plate and season with salt.
